Yes, X-Feeder can be used on VPS server.
We would recommend a Windows 2003 one because it requires less memory to run, so it's cheaper.

No sadly you wont get a reply at the moment as they had to withdraw the service because of some unresolved issues that in testing were proving difficulat to solve.
I am led to believe that they are working on the problem s and intend to offer the vps at some point in the future. It was a shame because the last couple of days I was using it it seemed to be working ok. albeit on a much simplified level than i initially required.
