I need help creating a trigger

Hi,

I would really appreciate some help in creating the following trigger:

Only bet preflop AND
Lay the 2nd favourite hand AND
only if the odds are 4.0 or less AND
only if one of the hole cards is not the highest card that can be seen (e.g. of the 4 hands, the highest is a King, i dont want a bet placed on the 2nd favourite, with odds of 4 or less if that hand has a King)

I've attached a trigger which I think is what you want, but I reckon you'll need to incorporate a staking plan if it's going to make a profit.
