Poker Holdem trigger help pls

If anyone is willing to help me It would be greatly appreciated,

So here it goes

Lay on the highest ranking hand pre flop (round 2)
Do not Lay on any hand if there is a pair of 77 and higher
Do not Lay on hand AK AQ AJ same suit (i.e A hearts Q Hearts  )
Do not Lay on any hand if there are 2 doubles (i.e A8, 85 , 5Q, KJ)
DO not Lay if the Lay odds are higher then 5

Just beginning to learn about creating triggers, so I am looking for practice.

For the absence of my doubt and assuming your conditions are met which hand would you lay on with these cards pre flop?

Game 1. A8, 66, 5Q, KJ

Game 2. A8, 77, 5Q, KJ

Sorry I had got it totally wrong. 

In other words lay the favourite (which will be rank 1)

I will try experimenting with a trigger later today.

A few more example hands might be helpful.
