Hi,

It should be very useful to have the possibility of a combined market selection based on remember myvars_market_parent_id_whatever, i.e.

Lay (the draw) in all match odds soccer markets
               with draw s_3_back_price < 4.2, and
under/over 2.5 market exist with
               under s_1_back_price > 1.7 and
Correct score market exist with
               score 0-0 s_1_back_price > 15

The above selection is usual every weekend when our strategies combine many markets.

Soccer (in contrary to horse racing) has many markets / market_parent_id and a lot of strategies are based in 2 or more markets.

In the above case we must:

1. Load (from AllMarkets) all relevant markets (MO OU2.5 CS) in MyMarkets
2. Run a trigger to keep only inplay "Match Odds", "Over/Under 2.5" and "Correct Score" markets
3. Exclude (manually, one-by-one) all markets that do not have all 3 type of markets (MO OU2.5 CS)
4.  Define 2 remember triggers based on criteria of "Over/Under 2.5" and "Correct Score" markets
5. Run the appropriate triggers of the strategy.

In a usual weekend we migth have 120-150 parent inplay markets that means 360-450 loaded combined markets in MFP if 3 markets are involved in the strategy

If the strategy involves other than MO-UO2.5-CS-TG markets you must also load them in MyMarkets by hand!!!

We definitely need an automation for the above needs!!!

Best Regards,

Theodore

That is an excellent idea and hope that such kind of market selection tools will be integrated into the new market tool.

The reason why I don't bet much on soccer is exactly the tedious and time consuming process of selecting the markets as very well illustrated by tpanos.

All my potential strategies in soccer are also based on multiple markets.

Cheers,

I second this suggestion!

The easiest way to go about it would be to implement a scanner. The scanner would filter out or exclude all markets that don't fit the selection criteria, and list the outcome under My Markets (either that, or add another Tab named Scanned Markets). The scanner should be able to select markets that are already In-Running, Idle or Suspended as well.

In addition, the way Excel sheets are generated needs to be looked into as well. The current version dumps everything listed under My Markets into the very same Excel Book, whether the markets have the same market_parent or not. Obviously, you should be able to select to have only markets with a common market_parent generated into one Excel Book. In other words, if we have 3 different football matches listed under My Markets, then 3 different Excel Books would have to be generated (each Book would only include selected markets that have a common market_parent). The book heading should display the market_parent i.e Liverpool - Man United...

If implemented, it would be a major leap ahead..!!!
