The same questions keep coming up over and over again!

Just an Idea
 But for new users it must be very frustrating to have problems similar to that we have all experienced during our pioneering experience with MF pro.
Another one yesterday was typical with the wrong horse appearing on the statement as winner in test.
Would it not be an idea to have say the top 20 most FAQs listed, which include all these irritations, in order to help those who keep having the same issues that many of us have experienced. This will save them having to wait for an answer. It seems that support is also very busy at the moment, as i can often wait 10 days and more for a response to trigger issues etc.
Using the search facility does not always give the answer, and when typing in FAQs there is no section dedicated to this currently.

Yes i just checked and you are correct they are outdated. Could be an idea to extend it now there are so many questions relating to the same kind of problems?
Also there is no search facility on the FAQ and the questions are not found on the forum either
for instance the FAQ "How many triggers can I maintain at the same time"?
If you paste this into the forum nothing is returned. You need to have a search facility on the FAQ as well. This would be better after it is extended to include those questions that keep coming up.
