Trigger Run only on My Selections

Hello
How can start the Trigger only on my Lay or Back Selections for every Race ?

I want before going to Work load all Markets with my selections and then executed my trigger on my selections.

Example :Place a Laybet  10sek before the racestart if the odds between 12-17 or not higher as 3.00

hi
write your list of selection names in the note pad
save to a location that you can remember
then press import my selections above the my markets
now all your selections should be the only ones been monitored.

I Create a List with my selections for Today Races , i click on Import and Select the file
The Races Not Loaded with my selections.

Can only Type  in the notepadfile the names from my selections ?

load the meetings first.
when all the meetings are loaded
press the import
your list should be
horse name
horse name
and so on.
