Your software X-Feeder is OK but Betfair Games exchange ( poker in primis) is    
cheating.
I do not renew my license just for this reason many forums and it also made public.

I agree, having tried ALL sugested strategies, all work in test mode and the first time you use it for real, then it takes you to the cleaners, betfair must pick up what system your using and counteract it.

I think there are certain periods of time when you keep losing, and other periods when the strategies you choose start working.

There might be hidden rules behind this, and I'm hoping to discover them eventually.

I've noticed it too and been leaning towards a less 'active' system and getting much better results.

Trouble is the 3 losses i've had where when i was away from the screen and so not sure what happened, order cards came out, etc so going to be a lot more tedious watching things and waiting for a loss to show up and see if my hunch is right.

The game is random but has to follow the algorithm that controls it. You get ups and downs over periods of time, a strategy that works today may not work tomorrow unless you have a means of playing it and handling the swings that occur. Notice X Feeder has a trend facility, that shows what can happen.

I nearly gave up several times but I know I am close to developing a winning strategy with a friend who is a bit of a maths genius.

I wont be telling anyone how though!

yeah, testing is the key.

don't try and set up a trigger that bets on every game, look for a less likely outcome.

I have triggers that run 24 hours a day and may only place one bet an hour, but they win good consistent income

x-feeder is worth every penny and time machine has helped immensely

I have been on- off betfair for 5-6 years. I have always thought that once u have a system running, Betfair comes to counter it. I mean always in test modethe systems work like a bomb, come to real cash let it run one night wake up in the morning , your cash is gone.

I dont know what and how 2 do it

Just run your system again on Time Machine at the same date/data and check if it was possible to do anything...

I find that any system operates the same in test mode as live mode.
If you let it run long enough P/L patterns will be very similar.   In general this means you will eventually lose money as all bets made are of negative expected value.

Those that run systems that say only place 1 bet per hour and believe they are profitable will eventually lose given a long enough run.

Every bet placed has a house edge of at least 3%, so is quite similar to roulette, where as we all know you will eventually lose all your money.

I don't believe the games are fixed in any way.

All this talk of there being a 3% edge bothers me. Betfair are not the house, they are an agent. Theoretically, this is punter versus punter, so there shouldn't be a house advantage.

That's why I've always wondered why the book is always more than 100%, because how does the market make sure of this? It's so you can't back all of the hands and win a small profit guaranteed.

The Sports Exchange may be punter v punter, but the games exchange most definitely isn't.

There are some channels that often don't show anything matched for hours, like Omaha sidebets, but the money is still all there for you to bet on.

The new Bullseye roulette had nothing matched at all when it first appeared and still has very little, but again liquidity is always present for the games to work.

It is quite obvious that BF get money in at the front of the queue on all games.  There is no chance of the average bot or manual user getting money into the market for others to bet on.  On the Sports Exchange you can submit lay bets at the best back price and back bets at the best lay price and hope to have these matched, but you will rarely get these matched on the games because you will always be at the end of the queue unless you have a super fast machine code bot with a direct optical pipe to the Malta server.

That is right. It seems like Betfair is not cooperating with that X-feeder is trying to do which in fact winning is hard to reach.
