EXECUTING TRIGGERS

I AM TRYING TO EXECUTE A TRIGGER more than once on a market but only after at least 10 mins intervals i am abit confused do i have to set the execute block to no more often than as well as the trigger execute.

You use Minutes Since the Off is greater than 10
or No more often than > repeat every 600 secs
