Help trigger horses race

it's can create this trigger?


Race with > 9 horses
5 horses with back price <= 10
The top four favorites back price <=8
Monitoring of -15 minutes to start the top four favorites back price <=8 and -2 minutes from the start.
Lay who has had a greater increase of price between the top four favorites.

It's similar to this trigger "Laying on horses below 10.0, whose price has got higher over the last 10 mins, in races with more than 9 runners" but it has to make some changes.
