Volume% Ranking

Hi All,

Does anyone know how I can build an expression to find the 3rd and 4th market volume% ranking in a race, they are not necessary the 3rd or 4th favorite of the race.
any help will be much appreciated....thanks

Any Selection's Volume is not the maximum
AND Fitting Selection's Volume is not the maximum
AND Fitting Selection's Volume is the maximum

for 3rd one

Where can i find the condition "is not the maximum" ?.
I have just "is the maximum" and "is the minimum" but not the negative conditions.
