x-feeder not connecting

Hi

i've not been able to use x-feeder for last 24 hours or so

either my lite version or my subscribed version, i can log in and the program loads but transfer funds , statement and excel remain greyed out and it says null at the side of test funds and it does not display my real funds at all.

i thought it may be betfair api having an issue so left it for a day but still unable to use either at the moment, is anyone else having an issue ?

Check your Internet connection, and furthermore your firewall if any.
It looks like the program is struggling with connecting to the BF server.

Hi

its happening on 2 different pc's so that rules out security locally. i'v erestarted the router and all normal sites work fine.

when i click on the link you gave, it loads a page with = version 1 of the REST api

still having same issue, really starnge, can't see anything wrong, i'll try reinstalling today

i never got round to reinstalling yesterday but today all has logged in and working as normal.

panic over

not sure how, just seem to correct itself.
