hi
make sure that you have not ticked the stop monitoring events at (in the settings screen under monitoring options).
and check your triggers to see if one has    stop refreshing market   , if so then set it to never.

Hi
neither of these situations are the case and i should have mentioned the problem is intermittent, occasionally it does, mostly it doesn't.

hi
thats not the problem then.
are you executing the triggers with no more than settings.
also switch the computer task manager on (right click mouse on the bottom bar of the computer screen and select task manager), then you can see how much cpu is been used.

hi
when you say it stops monitoring.
does the red lines change to a blue arrow to indicate monitoring is swithed off.
or does it just freeze whilst monitoring.

hi
well it sounds like memery, cpu or internet problems.
again open the task manager and the open the performance screen, then keep an eye on the cpu and memory usage.
also make sure that you set your virtual memory to the maximum (custom set not auto)  this will help any memory/page shortfalls.

Hi
I am fairly sure these are not the problem. upon investigation. However, it appears it may be a time related issue. It seems the "in play" markets start to refresh at approximately 1.30pm each day then stop again in the early hours of the following  morning. Any thoughts on this will be appreciated.

hi
you need to check all your auto update program times and any auto virus/malware etc checking times.
and auto defrag etc times
one of them must be acitivating in the early hours and affecting the bot.

+1 mcbee.
Also there is a "Synchronize local date and time with BetFair's" option in the Monitoring options.
