Tigger issue!
« on: 23 Oct 2010, 17:19 »
Hi all,

I am using a trigger for the soccer market, I have loaded all the soccer-fixtures for the day in to "my markets". The software MFP starts to monitor the markets 2 minutes before offical start time and place the bet 1 minites before start time. The trigger normally only place one bet at a time, but when there are plenty of markets starting the same time my trigger place several bets (if the criteria is satisfied ) on different markets, probably due to "timing problem".
Does anyone know a way to come around this, so the trigger only place one bet even if there are plenty of markets starting the same time?

/Mattias

hi
Exactly I have free evening today and time, I will try you  help. From this, what I understood, I think, that it to your trigger will suffice to add " market_index is equal 1. Then place bet on first market then

You have to see through the file of help. Success    8)

My trigger have this condition,

Previous Triggered Event's Outcome is settled
or Trigger or Trigger Block [choose the current trigger's name] has not been executed (overall)

I thought this would prevent multiple bets, but it seems not be the case when the start time are very tight?

hi
add the condition.
and selections back matched is equal to 0,   for back betting
or
and selections lay matched is equal to 0,   for lay betting

this will only place a bet if there is no other bets on that selection.

It seems me, or Mat writes about bet's on several markets ? not about several bet's on the same market ?

Thanks mcbee,

I will try that, but the issue about the trigger is that it seems (when the start time is tight) to place multiple bets of different games/markets,

Just for clerifying, so you don't missunderstood me -example:
match1 "lay home" and match 2 "lay draw" and match 3 "lay home" all having the same start time. So It's not have to be the same selection.

I will try to add your condition,

Mattias

Something like that:

[Trigger Expression] (now_time - refresh_start)/0.00001157 [is greater than] idle_rate*market_index

The idea is to delay placing bet for [refresh rate] more for each market in the list.
But it'll be huge delay at the end of the day... :-\
