Try this.

Go to the Racing Post http://racingpost.com and look at the Greyhound card that you are interested in,
Look in the RPR column pick the dog with the lowest number and lay it, if there are more than one dog with the same RPR don’t bother and move on to the next race.
Also make sure that the dog is not in the POST PICK: at the bottom of the page.
Remember you will get losses, but I have found with this you get a lot less losses than you would just guessing.
