Can't See the Charts

Hi 

I can't see any lines, no movements, no percentages are shown anywhere. How to fix this problem ?

Ask BetFair support to eliminate the restrictions applied to your account.

But to talk to them i need to know what restrictions they must remove.

Thank you for the photo. I have two accounts and it doesn't work on either of them. I don't have the strength to do anything to make it work.
