Mini VPS from what provider?   MFP should run on any Windows Server VPS provided it is located in a country that allows online exchange betting.  Memory, storage and processor speed are not generally limiting factors with current VPS setups. A personal VPS is generally only running one application at a time.

Yes, with the mini package you can run a simple trigger on several markets.
For many markets, complicated triggers or Excel the optimal package is more preferred.
