[TR] Lay Draw if game is 00 at HT

Hi there

Could I request a trigger that lays the draw at HT if the game is 00 at HT. 

I would like the option to distribute losses across all outcomes at a certain time ie 85 mins but would like to be able to change this.

You can set the size of bet and the minute at which to trade out using the constants.
