Greyhound trigger needed

Hi Team, 

I'm looking for a Greyhound trigger

basically it will look at the place market and the first dog to hit below 2.00 place a lay bet of £2.50 and then place a back bet in the win market of the same dog at £2.00

the selections will be all races at

Belle Vue
Central Park
Crayford
Doncaster
Hove
Kinsley
Monmore
Newcastle
Nottingham
Perry Barr
Poole
Romford
Swindon
Sunderland
Sheffield

Would you be able to add a 3 step recovery that goes up 50% if loses but starts at step 1 if it wins?
