BetFair API maintenence

Please be aware that BetFair will be performing a maintenance release on the Betfair Exchange API on Wednesday 8th July from 0845-0915 BST

Please note that during this maintenance release there will be pauses to betting (2 of up to 60s each) – during this time bet placement with fail with ERROR_IN_MATCHER.

Just to give some feedback on the latest version of MFP. Running triggers live through this with approx. 40 slow refreshing markets. Just one error in the log and MFP picked up again where it left off and carried on perfectly.
