Why you dont do a video to show it working to Oxa?
Send it privetly to Oxa and that way she can see exactly what you mean .
Also send all logs of related whith that video.

Not managed to get a single bet matched today, using a trigger that has worked faultlessly for the last 6 months.

Please specify what you mean by "matched". So the bets were posted, but all of them were unmatched and later lapsed? Or do you mean something else?

 Using the latest version posted and notice that the statement bar is flashing continuously.

The progress bar under the statement link appears each time the statement is downloaded from BetFair. If your settings are configured to retrieve both AUS and UK statement, this will happen twice as frequently.

Doesnt the massive difference between sent and receive data in version 7 and 8 mean anything.

Yes, it means that the new API is presented in JSON which is much more compact format (thanks God) than SOAP which they used in the previous API. So less data is transferred to and from BetFair.

The trigger should have posted several bets, but nothing was sent.  I wasn't logging trigger actions since the trigger has performed perfectly for 6 months and I wasn't expecting any problems after your update for settled markets.  I shall investigate further tomorrow, by logging actions.

The statement bar was flashing continuously all the time the program was running.  My settings only retrieve UK markets every 15 sec.  It only started doing this with the last update.

ok thanks oxa I will test again Monday and if still having problems will send something,i need to try and get it working, as I said before, it is by far the best software on the market just hope I can get it working how I need it. coling

UPDATE

Please don't use the previous build as in it selections' handicap values were calculated incorrectly, as a result, real bets could not be placed. I apologise for this, must have been the pressure of the last several days.

rubold, that should account for the problems you were having.

I've made a fix and updated the setup file on the server, just now. Please re-download it and let me know how it works.

That has sorted my problems Oxa, I also notice that you have reduced the size of the Winner labels on the market display, so that the SP prices of the winners are now visible, much better.

Hi is there anything I need to set in setting to be able to read the program log I am getting the attached

Looks like the file is corrupted due to abnormal program termination. Try to delete log files.

Ok will try that been like that the last few days when I click on program log I get the message computer not responding due to a long running script could this have anything to do with my version  slowing down after a couple of hours as explained in earlier post cheers coling

Actually yes, if there were to many logs to write down, your hard drive could hardly be coping, and slowing down the program.
By the way, I still haven't received your trigger file, did you send it to [email protected]?

I'd recommend to turn logging off in all triggers except the ones whose conditions are not always obvious or where you might want to check the values of intermediate variables.

hi oxa I am sure I sent it, will test again tomorrow after I have deleted all the logs and if I am still having probs will send it again, thanks for your help coling
