big issue in v8. [real money mode]

It's not picking up SP bets unmatched.

This means using bsp_laynum = 0 doesn't work resulting in betting the bank on selection.

The "Sort markets by name" button does not work for me, does anybody have the same problem?

Did you get an email this morning with your activation key(s)?  If not, then you need to contact: [email protected]  with your new email address.

Seems to be working fine. You need to wait till all markets get loaded into My Markets (i.e. the message "Loading market. Please wait" disappears), then the list will be sorted.

If you have changed your email address, you need to contact the support as rubold suggested, and let them know either your BF username or the transaction ID of your purchase order.

hi oxa I am sure I sent it, will test again tomorrow after I have deleted all the logs and if I am still having probs will send it again, thanks for your help coling

Coling, I got your trigger file - turned out it was erroneously filtered out by a spam filter.
Please tell me (you may tell in a private message if you don't want to make this public), how many matched and unmatched bets on average do you have by the time the program becomes unresponsive for you? I presume you are betting with real bets.

Can't recall earlier purchased markets, and can't buy new ones (the software can't find the username)

No, it is functioning, although you will need to re-download your markets.

Since I've moved to a "non Betfair country" a couple of year ago, I've been using a VPN since then.

However, aftert the upgrade I get the message that I may not login from this location.

Can you please advise whether there any specific settings to make the VPN work.

I'm using it via my router.

If I check my IP address in the browser it says correctly that I'm logging in from the UK.

Any idea?

I have sent the email, shouldn't I got an automatic ticket? or is it in the spam?

First live trial of V8 and it is showing the SP bets but not the odds,  has gone in-play but not reflected the values in the profit /loss figures.

I have no idea where I stand on this race.

It appears the bets were taken!

Just not shown.  Very nerve wracking!

Same here??? I had several bets placed before the off, if unmatched take sp, these did not show up next to the selection and when it went in-play my trade out trigger did not fire? checking the trigger log revealed...

12:32:08   Checking condition and Selection's Back Matched is greater than 0.
12:32:08   Condition is: FALSE.
12:32:08   Remaining conditions in the block will not be checked.

This was not the case, I had matched bets, the available funds showed this but not showing next to the selection...

Had to stop until resolved
