CRITICAL UPDATE
Bugs fixed:
- Error message "Duplicate customer referece data submitted ERROR_IN_ORDER" when two or more packages of bets are sent within a very short period of time.
- SP betting issues (bets now showing under "Unmatched bets" before In-Play and displayed incorrectly at In-Play).
- Memory leak in Match Score.
Please update your MF Pro from the Download page of our web site.
As for users who can't get past the log-in screen, please read below.
If you are experiencing any sort of problem after entering your subscription key, please do the following to help us sort this asap.
1. Open MF Pro and log-in (I know you've done that a hundred times, please do it again).
2. After the program asks you for a key, enter it and press "OK".
3. If it hangs there, or if it does not ask you for a key, but just does nothing, find the link titled "Send log-on log file" in the bottom of the window. See the picture attached.
4. Press that link and see if a log file is available. It will write the path to that file in the message. Please send this file to the support. We will try to get back to you as soon as we can.
