  • I couldn't feel more sad than now.

    Using latest MF8, placed 2 bets using bot on SP - second bet on a horse with odds 19 fails, and guess what? Horses wins.

    Bot was working perfectly on MF7. It only places bets on Back Starting Price.
    Message from the logs (second bet was the one that failed):

    Duplicate customer referece data submitted ERROR_IN_ORDER

  • Still having massive problems with my log files, I manage to load trigger log but is corrupt yet again, for some reason these files seem to be using all my memory up, If I run the program not as administrator it crashes as soon as I load the trigger, if I run it as administrator it crashes after the trigger has been executed a couple of times.Is there a way of stopping log files being produced?

  • ALSO another issue was that SP bets were NOT listed on the unmatched bets list (pre-race).

  • The timemachine seems very unstable? Running one horserace goes fine. Running a whole day, like 20 races, makes the software crash instantly!

    If mfp crashes while running there is a strong chance that the log files for that session are corrupted. I have had crashes in the past and not been able to open that days logs as a result

  • Hi

    Anyone on here any ideas about logging in to V8 with the software key. Support are obviously swamped.

    If I enter an incorrect key and click OK I get an error message. If I enter the correct key and click OK nothing happens. I can click and click but the page just stays the same. The OK button accepts the click but nothing is seemingly submitted.

    Sorry many of you have problems too but it would be great to be able to use MF again !!

  • CRITICAL UPDATE

    Bugs fixed:

    - Error message "Duplicate customer referece data submitted ERROR_IN_ORDER" when two or more packages of bets are sent within a very short period of time.
    - SP betting issues (bets now showing under "Unmatched bets" before In-Play and displayed incorrectly at In-Play).
    - Memory leak in Match Score.

    Please update your MF Pro from the Download page of our web site.

    As for users who can't get past the log-in screen, please read below.

    If you are experiencing any sort of problem after entering your subscription key, please do the following to help us sort this asap.

    1. Open MF Pro and log-in (I know you've done that a hundred times, please do it again).

    2. After the program asks you for a key, enter it and press "OK".

    3. If it hangs there, or if it does not ask you for a key, but just does nothing, find the link titled "Send log-on log file" in the bottom of the window. See the picture attached.

    4. Press that link and see if a log file is available. It will write the path to that file in the message. Please send this file to the support. We will try to get back to you as soon as we can.
