The most expensive part of any business is "staff". I know because I have run my own business with some success.

I'm still having problems with triggers not executing in V39.

Trigger logs are activated but show no entries.

Oddly, if I exit the program and reload it, the triggers generally work, but only for the next market.

Something weird still happening here.

Generally, however, congratulations to Welldone on version 7.

Hi
What you are describing is if the trigger Execute field is set to “one time only” ie. it will be executed in the first market only.  Do you think this is the case?

Mark, thanks but no, the setting is for once per market.

Hi
Then I think it must be related to the missing constants problem in version 7.0.0.39. It might be worth trying re-installing version 7.0.0.36 which is available on the download page. You will need to use a backup copy of your trigger file, or re-input your constants.

Hi Oxa / Tim
If you wanted an example trigger on the website which loses constants, simple_staking_plan_lay is one.

hi davidgilbertson
it would help and be quicker to find the error if you included your triggers.
just alter your odds etc so that we cannot copy your system.

Problem solved.  Market settings in the General Options were wrong.

Hi

I have recently reinstalled MFPro and i am using the latest version 7.0.0.39

However, i can't load the markets at all. I right click on 'Add Specific Market' and i get an error message "Critical failure of the market locator"

If i try clicking on 'Add Specific Market" (Left click) then i can only get as far as the country selection option - No sports become available.

I have also tried importing selections for autotrading. I select the text file i created but nothing loads.

Please advise how to fix this asap.

Thanks

Jon

Are you restricting the requests per second in the connection monitor?

I found that with a low value 6/7 i struggle to load markets.

I don't think so...

Timeframe - 1.00 (mins)
Request Limit - 20
Transaction limit 1000 per hour

Any suggestions?

Hi,

I had a similar problem using the market locator, it was on my computer running Vista and it only worked for a couple of hour or so until I got the critical error. I am using the market locator uppdating markets every 0.1 hour, but on my computer running Windows 7 I don't get the critical errors.
