Version 8.1.2.1. Tennis Scores!

In this update:

IMPROVEMENTS

Live Tennis score from BetFair is now available in most In-Play tennis markets. You can see it as well as access it through variables.
You can get the value of the points, games and sets won by each player, as well as the current set and game number.
See the attached screenshot for an example on how the scores are displayed. Read the manual's chapter "Market Variables", under "Tennis Score Variables" for a full list.

Example of how to back on the player with the highest set score:

Selection's Trigger Expression score_exists is equal to 1
and Selection's Trigger Expression tennis_player_sets_won is the maximum

Bugs Fixed:

- In Test Mode the search for markets with unmatched bets in Market Locator returned false results;

- After using the "Import selections for auto-trading" function and then reloading the market, the chosen selections would be reset if one or more runners had been withdrawn from the race.

Version 8.1.2.1 is now officially released.

A big thank you for this update, it's looking very good.
I have two initial questions on the tennis scores:

Do you know the approximate delay for the scores being updated? Just by looking, prices change 6-7 seconds earlier than the score update.

Is it possible to identify the selection who is the current server?

The current refresh rate for score is 10 seconds. Does the delay you described affect tennis betting to the point when it can't be worked around?

I don't think the score refresh rate is a problem. Now I know it's 10 seconds I can build that in. I'll let you know if I find otherwise.

am I right in thinking there is no difference between:
tennis_player1_points_won
and
s_1_tennis_player_points_won

You are right as always.

Although, I've just remembered of a case when this is not true. Market "Set Betting": selections do not correspond to actual players, so in this market you will have to use the tennis_player{number} notation.

Also the tennis Selection variables are not in the Selection variables drop-down list of Formula Builder.

That's right Mark, they are in the "Market's" variables. Not sure if I should duplicate them in "Selection's" as well, but maybe worth doing that.

Yes I can see why you have done that. Just that in the help file they are in both Market and Selection variables.

Update: been using the tennis variables all day, although not tested them all yet I have not found any problem and this version looks to be running very smooth. Great stuff Oxa

Any hope for new variable "minutes(seconds) since score change" for soccer?

mips, the score is updated every 10 seconds, so the error of such a variable would be at least 10 seconds as you understand. Would that still make sense?

I asked this for soccer(football)(you promised this addition on next update), because there are so many mistakes in football live score updates. Now after this update I will also make some triggers for tennis, but I know that mistakes on tennis scores are very rare and they are corrected very fast.

Frankly speaking this has slipped out of my memory (the fact that I promised it in the next update). I will look through my to-do list again then and will attend to this before the next update is out.

I know you are very busy with software updates, so no problem about that, hopefully you will add this soon. This update with tennis scores looks like very good job, and I will also use this new addition for sure. Regards.
