Help with Horse racing trigger

I am currently using a trigger for Laying favourites in Horse Racing using the Fibonacci staking plan.

The trigger mainly behaves as it should. However, the main problem is that sometimes when the race times are close together or a race is delayed the trigger matches a second bet before the first bet is settled.

The problem with this is that in these cases the staking plan does not work and causes multiple ripple effects.

Can anyone please tell what condition I can put in place that will prevent the trigger from placing a bet until the previous matched bet has been settled.

The trigger can continue to run, but only place a bet if the previous matched bet has been settled.

I tried multiple times to modify the trigger using the method you suggested. But I don't know what I am doing wrong and it is not working.

The trigger continues to misbehave like before placing simultaneous bets instead waiting for the previous matched bet to be Settled.

I have attached the base trigger and the modified trigger.

Can you just check please the following setting should be unticked?
General Options > Delete settled markets automatically
