Need help to develop a trigger

Hi,

I'ld like to ask someone to help creating the next triggers:

1 - On Soccer market's, at X minutes to the end, bet Lay on the odds between Y and Z.
2 - On Greyhound races, Back on favourite with amount to win (0,10 €) and loss recovery.

with your soccer, you do not say what market to bet in.
