Trigger help needed, Simple criteria, but I'm a bit thick...

Please can someone help me with this...I want to BACK the field at SP, then set a trigger to LAY in play at 4 points above S.P.    i.e. SP 3.6     trigger lay at 7.6     and so on for the whole field.  I'm too old to get my head around setting this up and want to test it before my 14 day free trial finishes...It would save me alot of time and anguish if anyone can help...

the only problem with that is
back 1 point at 3=profit 2 or loss -1
lay 1 point at 7=profit 1 or loss -6
so if the selection wins, you get 2-6=loss -4
if the selection lost, you would get -1+1=0
so for the field you would lose -4 points
not a good idea
OR
do you only want to lay IF the lay price goes 4 points above the actual sp
this trigger will back at sp
then lay if the lay price goes 4 points above the sp
it is set to 10 euro, i think this is the minimum bet for sp
