Trigger to Lay Greyhound in Place Market?

I am just wondering if it is possible to write a trigger for the following:

Laying greyhound favourite to be placed

Type of bet: Lay
Market: place market
The favourite has to have price between 1.0 - 4.0
Plan: Lay percentage liability recovery (the one similar to the greyhound lay liability percentage trigger that comes with the software)
