Erro MarketFeeder

Boas,

Hoje deparei-me com uma situação que me deixou muito preocupado, o MarketFeeder deu um erro e tive de reiniciar o programa.

A mensagem é - Algo de errado aconteceu com esta sessão na Betfair. O Programa tem que reconectar-se rapidamente. É recomendável reiniar o programa e contactar o suporte.

Já aconteceu a alguem É que ainda por cima foi em Real Money ....

There could be two reasons to this:

1. Your Internet connection was interrupted for several minutes or more. The program could not connect to BetFair and lost its session. The session is a unique combination of symbols that BetFair generates for each user.

2. There were temporary problems with the BetFair API (the service through which MarketFeeder Pro operates). This caused the loss of session.

Does it happen all the time with your MarketFeeder Pro?

1. I had no problem with the internet because I had other programs running, including betfair page.

2. I tested a second time and got the same error with MarketFeeder after 10min.

It is the first time this has happened and I use the program for a some time.

Today I changed the version from English to Portuguese ( because today I bought the license for a month ) can be related ?

Olha não tive conhecimento de até ao momento de tal situação com a mudança de versão UK/PT.

Porem vou falar da minha experiência com esse problema, que algumas vezes me criou problemas.
Consegui minorar esses problemas aumentando para 15 segundos a opção.

Settings>Monitoring Options >Connection Time-Out value :

Nota: Hoje por volta das 19 horas também a minhas versões tiveram esse problema, penso que poderá ter sido alguma coisa com a API (temporariamente)

Viva Pcal,

Vou então verificar essa opção e alterar se assim não estiver. Tive erros as 18:40 e depois tentei novamente as 19:16.

Entre hoje e amanha testo novamente e depois dou feedback.

Ja Agora o erro no Log é,

ERROR 32500; Error while getting funds at BF;
Erro a atualizar a listagem de apostas: API ERROR; NO SESSION
ERROR 32500; Error while getting funds at BF
O programa foi fechado devido a recorrente necessidade de efetuar o log in na Betfair

I will test the Portuguese version today to see if the error comes up. I will let you know the results later.

I didn't get this error in the Portuguese program so far, but will keep testing.

I tested last night and this morning and everything is fine.

As pcal also had the same problem at the same time was certainly a problem of betfair.

E oregisto foi feito na pagina PT ou UK?
Ve se nao istalaste versoes trocadas
ou seja registado na PT e download software UK
ou o contrario

já estou registado e recebi o mail de suport em português e instalei o software através do link que veio no mail"marketfeeder.pt"
agora tentei entrar na betfair e tenho a conta bloqueada devido a várias tentativas de entrar sem sucesso.tenho que esperar que resolvam o problema.
talvez seja disto,
