API today

Is it just me or is the API brutally slow today. Only getting average 1.4 seconds but it feels a lot worst than even that ???

I've experienced slow api today as well....I often wonder why some days are far worse than others....it's not like its grand national Saturday or anything!

jeesh forget about the national day.......go to the pub i reckon. It quickened up considerably as the afternnoon went on. Getting my usual 0.45 now.
