Betfair asks for bot certificate

Hey guys,
I just went to my betfair account summary and saw that they want you to upload a certificate if you want to use automated betting software. Is that mandatory? They also provide some information how to do it but it seems hard to me:

Anybody knows anything?

The certificate is required for non-interactive bots only, that is the ones where you do not explicitly log in each time you want to use it.

I'm not sure if your questions was related to MarketFeeder Pro (or was more generic), but you certainly don't need the certificate for any of our software.
