Betfair cash out

I have noticed that if you cash out with betfair they cash out using bets well below the minimum but don't use the three stage process to do it, I can tell this as I have no cancelled bets at 1000 for backing,and when you press cash out the bets are instant much faster than any software,does anyone know how do they do this in one process, cheers Colin

They obviously have access to their own database and can initiate any transaction.

Would it be possible to access betfair's cash out through the API?
