Can't login to MFPro?

Hi, am I the only one experiencing login problems to MFPro? After entering my username and password, I get the following error:

“Unable to send request, 33 Unable to send request, 33 / 12030; Empty XML, Current Betfair status: offline;”

The score on a soccer match was not being updated neither were the odds and to top it all off I was booted off
