if you are referring to horse racing form, yes that can be done using the Silks data
please consult the user manual section Selection Variables > Form Identifier, and Selection Variables > Silks
an example condition where the selection finished second on the last race would be:
and selections trigger expression silk_form_1 is equal to 2
you need to have the following setting ticked:
settings > monitoring options > horse racing > download horse racing silks
