  • MFP team is in vacation again ? No more support , no more mails ?

    It's almost one week  since I send it first mail with no answear and send it every day mails with confirmation tickets. Whats going on ? Are you gone in vacation again ?

    We are here, we are answering all e-mails in the usual order.
    All our team is little bit busy with final testing and releasing the TimeMachine so some delays are possible. Sorry for that.

  • Crossing, you sent us a request about un-protecting your trigger file because you protected it and did not save the original copy, as advised in the manual.

    We considered it a non-urgent request and put it in the back of the queue, as we have other users emailing us every day.

    Please note that we reserve the right to prioritise support requests as we see fit.

    Anyway, I hope you're enjoying your unprotected file now.

  • You are quite right Theodore, but we are too busy with the new MF Pro 7.0, so don't have time to eat, let alone go on vacation.  8)
