fastest access to betfair support

Hi,

I need an urgent increase of my betfair exposure limit. Because of big lays in partly settled markets, only 300 EUR exposure limit is left. All trading will limited until final
settlement of Champion League winner market.

Yesterday, I sent already a requst to info(at)betfair.com, no response. (Except an automatic response email)

Any hint how to speedup processing support request from batfair?

Thanks, my problem is solved now. Unfortunately phone is no option for me, I am no native English speaker, to be honest the last english word I spoke was 30 years ago, I am in doubt if support can understand what I speak.

Next time I will send a request to betfair's support one day before I need help.

yes betfair do except emails and normally reply within 24 hours.

I was not aware of an exposure limit set by Betfair - can anyone enlighten me about this. What is the default?

I am not sure if I am hitting a natural limit of liquidity in the markets today or if I am hitting an imposed limit by BF?

OK, just found it on Betfair - default exposure limit set by Betfair - that explains it then!

(An email request to BF to amend it was acted upon in under 24 hours)
