Finding the likely winner in Horse race markets

I would like to find the likely winner at the end of in-play (likely winning result)
What conditions do I use to detect the horse with no available price?
As the end of a race approaches the likely winner's price collapses to 1.01 and then null as there are no available price givers.
What condition will detect this situation?
A appreciate in close finishes this may not occur.

Selection's Lay Price is equal to 1.01
and Selection's Back Price is less than 1.0
and not Any Other Selection's Lay Price is less than X

where X is the minimum price you allow for all other selections in the market by the time the probable winner is being detected.
