help with programme shutting down

Hi i am new on here and i am having problems with the software. I get an error saying abnormal programme termination.  I also have a problem with my statement it doesnt record when i back or lay a horse or no money comes out of my test account but it records ok when i bet on greyhounds can someone help me out please. It’s probably best to email support with some more detailed info on what the program was doing just before the error message appeared. On the statement issue have you had a look at the logs? There should be some clue in there as to why it’s not betting on horseraces.

Unfortunately that seems to happen from time to time.  It depends on the processor power in relation to what you are trying to do I think.  My faster laptop with Windows 7 rarely gets a problem but my older desktop does get it more frequently.

It is really annoying, as it is when your screen fills up with repeated memory address errors at about 50 messages boxes per second until you can Ctrl Alt Del and kill the process - anyone else get this ?
