Historical Betfair SP?

Hi all,

Does anyone know how I can work out the Betfair SP from the data given here: http://data.betfair.com?

Or does anyone know where I can easily get horse racing betfair SP data from? Ideally I would like all horses Betfair SP and whether they won or not.

Site looks good for fracsoft. Pricing is okay too but what about support? They only have an FAQ section but nothing to create a ticket or a live chant in case we will need help in using the software?
