Can anyone help me understand why my support tickets are going unanswered?
MFPro has been crashing nightly for nearly a month now. My first ticket was raised on the 8th of Jan and I've had 1 response since raising it, made the changes suggested but still having the issues. I tried creating a new ticket on the 30th but had no response to that and I've also tried contacting Tim directly with no response.
I'd like to think there's a technical issue that explains why I'm getting no help.
