If the processor, ram and internet connection are not an issue which is the best choice??

Compressing data will save your Internet data usage but it costs you CPU to uncompress the data after receiving from BetFair.
If your both CPU and data usage are unlimited :o this option doesn't matter  ;)

I would rather choose un compressed. Since your specs are not limited.
