Selection ID in bet list

When connected to Excel to show a worksheet with the list of my actual bets, it shows the selection ID for each bet. (ie the Betfair unique selection number).

Does anyone know how this can relaitvely easily be converted/matched to/displayed as  the actual selection name in excel ?
