Server Time

I have just noticed that your server time has not updated to BST and are one hour behind.

Not sure if it will affect timed triggers.

Just a heads up.

Go to: Profile ->Look and Layout Preferences -> Time offset.
The server's time is GMT

I hit the auto and it says I am in EST ( not literally, but -5 hrs ). My time clock is set for CST (-6 hrs ), so still one hour behind.

Please do not forget that the server time is not the same as the OS time. This could affect the triggers on the latest version of MFP.

The reason I looked at this is I have a friend who is an MFP lifetime member and his triggers were firing 1 hour BEFORE they should have done. On this timescale then it should have not fired until two hours later.

There is no connection between our server time and your triggers/software/computer. We could switch our server off and your software/trigger will work. So the problem is with computer/software. Somebody wrote me to the support asking the same question - I've asked for details.
So, if the software shows correct time to start and the trigger checks "minutes to start" then the trigger should place bets at the time.
Regarding the forum's time. Just correct the time diff manually to get the time be shown as you like. Thank you.

I am experiencing the same problems. I have a bet for today's 13.40 race at Lingfield to be placed a minute before the off.

In the Markets List the race is correctly displayed as 13:40 Ling 3rd Apr.
The Time Stamp on the right hand side shows correctly 13:09:04 (this is the time I am writing this post).
Above that however it reads "Starts at: 03/04/2015 12:40. -00:30."

This is a problem, because I want to place my BSP bet only if my selection is favourite. At present the program checks on the favourite status an hour before the off and the bet is then placed at the off regardless if my selection is still fav or not.

Any advise on how to get times back into sync?

Many thanks,
Matthias

I found a simple solution: switching off the trigger and restarting again. I had the trigger running during the switch to summer time last Sunday night. I guess this caused the problem.

Please note, BetFair is seems to be currently OFFLINE
