  • Can anyone help me understand why my support tickets are going unanswered?

    MFPro has been crashing nightly for nearly a month now. My first ticket was raised on the 8th of Jan and I've had 1 response since raising it, made the changes suggested but still having the issues. I tried creating a new ticket on the 30th but had no response to that and I've also tried contacting Tim directly with no response.

    I'd like to think there's a technical issue that explains why I'm getting no help.

  • Your ticket was closed for some reason, that's why we didn't receive your replies.
    Sorry for that.
    I've reopened the original ticket and forwarded to developers.

  • It seems that Marketfeeder is dying, unfortunately. The website is not working anymore since yesterday, paid trigger request is still on hold after 1 month. I'm not sure what to expect in the future.

  • Perhaps you could also give some guidance on when the paid triggers will be ready? Because Oxa has been offline for a week already. And no one can answer me in that thread.

  • We are really sorry for delay. We do all our best to provide proper support for all trigger requests.
    Unfortunately some of them require much more time to develop and test.
    We'll come back to your tickets as soon as we can.

  • It is not the case. Oxa is offline for 2 weeks. I know how fast she can develop triggers. Is she still working here?
