I need to find a VPS provider.
Requirements, in order of importance:
- located in the UK and with an IP address geolocated correctly and consistently in the UK.
- very low latency with Betfair server.
- fast network with high transfer speed.
- cheap
- unmanaged
- resources: not so important, I will run a Linux distro as OS.
I've tested a few in the past (Tagadab, vps.net) but I am not fully satisfied cause of occasional slowdowns / slow network especially in peak hours.
Any suggestion?
