  • Expensive though Tim.   Look at:  https://www.cheap-vps-hosting.co.uk/vps-hosting    Their Win Mini VPS is more than adequate at £4.49 + VAT per month and even cheaper with longer billing cycles.   Their servers are located in Budapest, but conveniently exchange betting is allowed in Hungary.    Really fast and reliable service.
