64-bit MFP

With 64-bit OS becoming more common place, especially on (VM's, VPS & Servers) it makes sense releasing a 64-Bit version of MFP as there are major performance gains with a 64-Bit Application Version on a 64-Bit OS.

From my understanding of C# (which I think MFP is written in), it's just a matter of changing the build type and walla.

Unfortunately MF pro is written in pure C++ and ancient compiler (yes, it's 10 years old!) so we have to rewrite it completely...
