  • This would cut the load time and potential freezing by only looking at the exact time frame you wish to view and/or date.

    For example

I wanted to look back at the 23/08/2010 - but this has proved impossible as my account statement window has been running at CPU usage 100% (not responding) for the last hour. This could happen for others to who have placed an excessively large number of bets during that period of time or a better example looking back several months worth for a single day or date range likely would have the same outcome.

    The solution would be:

    Start from: 23/08/2010 to 23/08/2010

OR if just want to look at two day period back in July from 1st to 2nd.

    Start from: 01/07/2010 to 02/07/2010

Please can you let me know if this suggestion will be considered. Thanks :)

  • hi
i have noticed this, but if you set your date, then press refresh, then close the account screen, then re-open, it does it in a matter of secs.

    hope this helps

  • I will take this into account.

BTW, is it about real money statement or test funds statement?

    Hi Oxa

This happens for me only in test mode. When this happened earlier today I had to force the process to stop by ending the task in the task manager. It had become completely unresponsive after having it open for around 80 minutes.

Once the Horse Races finish later on will try again and run it for 2/3 hours because I really need to get the information off there to Excel. It's my fault should done more regular backups of test mode data than letting it build up.  :-\

    Thanks DarkStorm

McBee, thanks for the idea - unfortunately it was completely greyed out so this wasn't an option. :S
