Seasonal variations occur in some types of trigger ie a trigger that works well in the summer might perform badly in the winter.
I have a number of such triggers, and I have to use current time is outside dd/mm/yyyy to achieve this. This, however, needs updating each year or else the date will be wrong and the trigger won't fire.
A more elegant solution would be if we could reference individual months in the current time parameter, as we can with days of the week. That way I could exclude whichever months I needed to and not have to constantly tweak each trigger.
